Shipping Policy — The Siam Atelier
Made-to-Order Craftsmanship Every piece from The Siam Atelier is handcrafted by skilled Thai artisans. As a result, all orders are made to order and require a minimum of 7 business days for production. If your order requires additional time due to complexity or high demand, we will notify you promptly by email with an updated timeline.
Processing & Dispatch Once your order is ready, each piece undergoes a careful quality inspection before packaging, which takes 2–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. All orders are shipped directly to your door.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 10–18 business days after dispatch
Delivery times include door-to-door shipping and may be extended if your package is held for customs inspection.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped to the US and Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
